We normally reply within one to two working days.
A label that will not crop?
This is the message we get most often, and it is usually easy to fix. We just need the right information. Send us these three things:
- The label PDF. The exact file that will not crop. If it has customer data on it, feel free to black out the address before sending; we only need to see the layout.
- Which marketplace. Flipkart, Meesho, or something else.
- What happened. "nothing was found", "half the label was cut off", "the barcode will not scan", whatever you saw.
Problems caused by a layout change are normally fixed within a day or two.
Requesting a new marketplace
Amazon, Shopsy, Ajio, Myntra: if you need label cropping for another platform, tell us, and send a sample label PDF if you can. The more requests a platform gets, the sooner it moves up the list.
Business and advertising
For advertising, partnerships or any other business enquiry, use the same address and put "Business" in the subject line.
What we cannot help with
- We cannot help with your Flipkart or Meesho seller account, payments, returns or orders. Contact that marketplace's own support for those. We have no relationship with them.
- We cannot recover files you cropped earlier. Nothing is saved on our side. That is by design, not an oversight.
