The terms that apply when you use this site.

By using LabelKit (https://smartlablecrop.com, the "Site"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

1. What the Site provides

LabelKit offers free online tools that crop shipping labels out of marketplace PDF files and merge PDF files together. The tools run inside your web browser. No account is required and no fee is charged.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site only with documents you have the right to process, and only for lawful purposes. In particular you agree not to:

  • use the Site to process documents belonging to someone else without permission;
  • attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its hosting;
  • copy the Site's pages or code to present them as your own service;
  • use automated systems to scrape or hammer the Site.

3. No warranty

The Site and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise that the Site will always be available, that it will work with every PDF, or that output will be free of errors.

Please check the output before you print and ship. Marketplaces change their label layouts from time to time, and a change can cause a label to be cropped incorrectly. You are responsible for verifying that a label is complete and scannable before using it on a parcel.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site. This includes, without limitation, mis-printed or mis-cropped labels, undelivered or misdelivered parcels, marketplace penalties, lost sales, lost time, or lost or corrupted files.

Because the tools run on your own device and we never receive your files, you retain full control over the documents you process, and full responsibility for them.

5. Your files and content

You keep all rights in the files you process. We claim no ownership of them, and we never receive them. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Trademarks and independence

LabelKit is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or otherwise connected to Flipkart, Meesho, Amazon, or any courier or logistics company. Product names, logos and brands mentioned on this Site are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe the file formats the tools support.

7. Advertising

The Site displays third-party advertisements. We do not control, endorse or take responsibility for the content of those advertisements or the sites they link to. Any dealing you have with an advertiser is between you and that advertiser.

8. Third-party software

The tools are built on open-source libraries, including pdf.js and pdf-lib, which are used under their own licences. Those licences apply to those components.

9. Changes

We may change these terms, or add, modify or discontinue any tool, at any time and without notice. The "last updated" date above shows the current version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
