How to use it

Drop the file in. On every page the tool finds the first line of the invoice and cuts through the empty gap just above it, so each label is cut to its own length.
Send the downloaded file straight to your printer. Use "Actual size" on a thermal printer; for A4 mode, a normal print is fine.
Why this differs from the Flipkart tool
The two marketplaces build their label sheets differently, so the way each one gets cut is different too.
Flipkart: a fixed position
Flipkart puts the label in exactly the same place on every page, so cutting a measured rectangle is the most accurate thing to do, with identical results every time.
Meesho: find the cut line
A Meesho label's height changes with the address and the product. A single file can hold labels anywhere from 348 to 389 points tall. So here the tool reads the position of the invoice's first line ("Original For Recipient") on each page and cuts through the empty gap just above it. Short label or tall, the cut lands in the right place.
Meesho label crop: common questions
Why is every label a slightly different height?
Because the real labels are different heights. A long delivery or return address makes the label taller. The tool cuts each page to its own length, so no label comes out with wasted space and none gets clipped.
It says "No Meesho label found in this PDF"
The PDF probably has no real text in it. That happens with scanned or image-based files, which cannot be read. Use the original PDF downloaded straight from the supplier panel.
One PDF holds many orders. Will they all be cropped?
Yes. Every page is checked on its own, and each page that carries a label ends up in the output, in order. A file with 89 labels goes through in one pass.
Do exchange and return labels work?
Yes. An exchange label has no tax invoice on it, so there is no invoice line to find, and on those pages the tool cuts just below the lowest text instead. You can mix normal and exchange labels in the same file.
Which mode should I use for a thermal printer?
"Label only". The output PDF's page size becomes the label size, so it fits straight onto a 4×6 roll.
Does any of this data reach Meesho or anyone else?
No. The file never leaves your browser. Not us, not Meesho, nobody else can see it. The Privacy Policy has the full details.
